Yantrayoga and harmonious breathing plus practices of Kumbhaka and Pranayamas of 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd group with Honza Dolenským in Košice, Slovakia, which will take place from 24.5. to 26.5.2019

Friday the 24th 18:00 – 21.00
Public talk plus practical introduction to Yantrayoga and Harmonious breathing
Saturday the 25th 10:00- 12:30 / 15:00 – 18:00
Continuation of teaching and practice of Yantrayoga (8 movements) and Harmonious breathing
19:00 Ganapuja
Sunday 10:00 – 12:00 / 14:00 – 16:00
Closed group, Practice of Kumbhaka and Pranayama of 1/ 2/ 3 group.
It is also possible to participate only for one day.
The donation for one day is up to your own consideration and posibilities. Minimal contribution is 10 Euro.
